1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 8upb platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming policy, and any additional rules or guidelines that 8upb may publish from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

8upb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their use of the Platform:

You must also: (a) be a natural person (corporations and entities may not register as players); (b) provide accurate, current and complete registration information; (c) not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) not be a current employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of 8upb or any of its associated entities. 8upb reserves the right to decline any registration or to close any account if eligibility requirements are not or cease to be met.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and betting markets you must create an account by providing accurate personal information. The following rules apply to all accounts:

• Each individual may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 8upb will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify 8upb immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your password is compromised. Contact us at [email protected].
• 8upb reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. You agree to provide valid documentary evidence of identity, age and address upon request. Failure to comply may result in temporary account restriction or permanent closure.
• Account balances are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your account or any account balance to another person.

8upb may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably determines that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits to your 8upb account must be made using payment methods approved by 8upb. Approved methods currently available to players in Bangladesh include:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuer approval)
• All deposit amounts are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. 8upb does not accept cash, cheques, or third-party payments made from an account not registered in your name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (the "source of funds" principle). The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• You may only withdraw funds that have been deposited by you and that are not subject to an active wagering requirement. Bonus funds subject to rollover conditions are not withdrawable until rollover is complete.
• 8upb processes approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or when additional identity verification is required.
• 8upb reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, the withdrawal request will be suspended and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

8upb offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. 8upb reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reclaim any bonus at any time if it suspects the bonus is being abused, arbitraged or claimed in bad faith.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal. The applicable rollover amount for each offer is stated in that offer's specific terms. Failure to complete rollover within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• A player may not hold more than one active bonus at a time unless the relevant promotion explicitly permits it.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold or shared between players.
• 8upb reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, existing rollover obligations will be honoured.

By accepting any bonus, you confirm that you have read and agree to both these general bonus conditions and any specific terms attached to the relevant promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming

8upb is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players to help them manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from account settings.
• Session time reminders: receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods take effect within 24 hours of a confirmed request.
• Reality checks: optional periodic notifications displaying your net gaming activity for the current session.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or sporting event.
• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.

8upb's determination as to whether a prohibited activity has occurred is final. In cases of dispute, 8upb reserves the right to withhold any payment pending investigation and to reverse any transactions found to have resulted from prohibited activity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces and user interface layouts — is the exclusive property of 8upb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 8upb. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8upb, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

8upb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. In the event of a technical error resulting in a game being played incorrectly or a payout being calculated erroneously, 8upb reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. The maximum aggregate liability of 8upb to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy

8upb collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Amendments to These Terms

8upb may update, revise or replace these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. If the changes are material, 8upb will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification, but is not obligated to do so.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations. In the event of any dispute between you and 8upb, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notice, either party may pursue the matter through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
